What the platform does
The same software that manages our own flights is available to other drone programs.
Flight logging and playback
Every flight recorded with its route, duration, aircraft, and assigned pilot, and replayed on an interactive map. Related flights group into a single mission.
Job scheduling
Jobs are scheduled visit by visit with dates, times, and assigned crew. Recurring site work is booked as one multi-visit job rather than a string of separate bookings.
Business suite
Clients, quotes, invoices, and jobs run through one pipeline. Quotes and invoices go out as branded PDFs, and larger jobs can be split into payment plans.
Fleet and maintenance
One view of aircraft, batteries, and payloads, with maintenance history and chain of custody.
Flight records
What this means for your project
Every Drone Works flight is logged in UAS Dashboard with the aircraft, the pilot, the date, and the location. The record is created as the flight happens rather than assembled afterward.
If your project needs documentation of how a flight was conducted, it is available on request. That comes up on construction projects with owner or lender reporting, on inspection work supporting a warranty claim, and on any job where someone asks months later what was flown and when.
